((RA)) | MARCO SIGNORINI
METRONOM continues the exhibition schedule with the project ((Ra)) by MARCO SIGNORINI. The 15 photographs in show were taken to the island to the island of Fano, Frisian archipelago of islands in Denmark, in 2008.
The work by Marco Signorini is not portrait and social photography but is a photography about of finding a place. With the project ((Ra)) he is pursuing a path that began with Echo, a spatial and temporal investigation, entrusted with images of beautiful places, where nature is the protagonist together with the timing and rhythm, punctuated by light and vastness.
The landscapes of Marco Signorini are indeterminate narrative, places that may belong either to past or present, which express a very personal interpretation of photographic time. Once a photo used as a recovery of the past, of what already exists, but with a tendency towards the future, toward what will be a constant tension between the time of the universe and human life.
